(INGRA IMPRESORES) son originales y nuevos y cuentan con una garant\u00eda de dos (2) a\u00f1os desde el momento de la entrega, respecto a defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, en base a lo dispuesto Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, salvo prueba en contrario, se presumir\u00e1 que las faltas de conformidad que se manifiesten en los seis (6) primeros meses posteriores a la entrega del producto, ser\u00e1n responsabilidad en tal caso del titular de la marca del producto en cuesti\u00f3n. Para errores, fallos o deficiencias a partir de dicha fecha, ser\u00e1 carga del CLIENTE demostrar que se trata de errores de fabricaci\u00f3n y no por su uso.<\/p>\n<p>A todos los efectos, se entender\u00e1 realizada la entrega del producto el d\u00eda que figure en la correspondiente factura, ticket de compra, o en el albar\u00e1n de entrega del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00edtica de devoluci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00eda del cual se rigen los productos por ley, no se aplica a la mayor\u00eda de los productos de INDUSTRIAS GR\u00c1FICAS ALICANTE, S.L. (INGRA IMPRESORES), ya que se trata de productos fabricados a medida y totalmente personalizados, por lo que el cliente dispone de 7 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para exigir el derecho a la devoluci\u00f3n del importe siempre y cuando el motivo provenga de una incidencia o reclamaci\u00f3n por defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n. Antes de realizar dicha devoluci\u00f3n el cliente deber\u00e1 ponerse en contacto con la empresa en el plazo indicado a trav\u00e9s del e-mail, tel\u00e9fono, facilitando todos sus datos, referencia del pedido y motivo de la reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier devoluci\u00f3n sin esta previa comunicaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 aceptada por INDUSTRIAS GR\u00c1FICAS ALICANTE, S.L. (INGRA IMPRESORES) Para poder admitir la devoluci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 estar tanto el producto como su embalaje en perfectas condiciones, sin ralladuras, ni deterioro alguno e incluyendo toda la documentaci\u00f3n que acompa\u00f1e al producto as\u00ed como sus accesorios.<\/p>\n<p>El CLIENTE deber\u00e1 realizar un correcto empaquetado que asegure su transporte sin da\u00f1os. Una vez recibido, el departamento de calidad de INDUSTRIAS GR\u00c1FICAS ALICANTE, S.L. (INGRA IMPRESORES) proceder\u00e1 a la comprobaci\u00f3n del estado del producto, y de su calidad de impresi\u00f3n. En caso de verificar la posible incidencia, INDUSTRIAS GR\u00c1FICAS ALICANTE, S.L. (INGRA IMPRESORES) ofrecer\u00e1 al cliente la opci\u00f3n de enviar de nuevo el producto, asumiendo a su vez, los gastos de env\u00edo.
